These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of estimates.rockford-siding.com (the "Site"), operated by Rockford Siding & Windows LLC ("Rockford Siding & Windows," "we," "us," or "our"), and your participation in our SMS text messaging program. By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Site is provided to help homeowners and property owners in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin request estimates and inspections for roofing, siding, windows, seamless gutters, doors, storm-damage repair, and related exterior services. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, scrape its content, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
Program description. When you opt in to text messages from Rockford Siding & Windows LLC, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders, inspection scheduling, estimate delivery and follow-up, project status updates, and customer-service messages related to your request. Messages are sent from Rockford Siding & Windows LLC.
Consent is optional. Providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box is voluntary and is never a condition of requesting an estimate, purchasing services, or doing business with us.
Message frequency varies depending on your project and communications with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in the same way you did originally or text START, and we will begin sending messages to you again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others; delivery is subject to carrier availability.
Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Estimates and inspections requested through the Site are free of charge and carry no obligation. An estimate is a good-faith projection based on the information available at the time of inspection and is not a contract. Final pricing, scope, materials, and scheduling are set out in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate, and pricing is subject to change based on material costs and site conditions discovered during the work.
If you request assistance with a storm-damage insurance claim, we will inspect and document the damage and may communicate with your insurance carrier at your request. We do not act as a public adjuster and do not negotiate claim settlements on your behalf beyond providing documentation and pricing. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier.
Financing options referenced on the Site are offered through third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms and conditions. Rockford Siding & Windows is not a lender and does not guarantee approval.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Rockford Siding & Windows LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Manufacturer names and logos (including Owens Corning, TAMKO, LP SmartSide, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify products we install. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any product or workmanship warranty expressly provided in a signed contract for services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockford Siding & Windows LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or the SMS program. Our total liability arising from use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a signed contract for services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rockford Siding & Windows LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Winnebago County, Illinois.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
